The Head of Organization is responsible for the overall direction, structure, and long-term development of Refactor Esports.
This role ensures that the organization operates sustainably, with clear vision, stable leadership, and a strong foundation for both competitive and community growth.
As the highest level of responsibility within the organization, the Head of Organization supports the team by setting direction, enabling others to perform, and ensuring that all parts of the organization work together effectively.
