Refactor Esports is built as a structured yet inclusive organization, designed to support both competitive performance and community engagement.

The organization operates within a clearly defined participation model, where individuals contribute either as contracted consultants or as voluntary contributors. The nature of each individual's involvement is defined and agreed upon in advance.

The organization is divided into three core parts: the Player Team, the Support Team, and the Community. Each plays an important role in creating a sustainable environment where individuals can improve, contribute, and be part of something larger than themselves.

A Player Team

A Player Team consists of individuals who contribute to the direction, structure, and development of the organization. This may include both contracted consultants and voluntary contributors, depending on the nature of their involvement.

Where applicable, individuals in this group may have defined areas of focus. However, participation remains governed by the agreed form of involvement and does not, in itself, imply employment or compensation unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

The Support Team

Important Note on Participation

Refactor Esports is built on a combination of structured collaboration and voluntary engagement. Participation - especially in voluntary roles - is based on personal initiative and does not constitute employment, assignment, or any form of compensated relationship.

Individuals participating voluntarily do so with the understanding that:

  • their involvement is unpaid,
  • no obligations or demands are imposed,
  • no rights to compensation or financial benefit arise from participation.

This structure allows the organization to grow sustainably while maintaining clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding across all forms of involvement.
