This role contributes to the team functioning smoothly by help organize schedules, communication, and organization, allowing players and coaches to focus on performance.
As the link between players, coaching staff, and management, the Team Manager plays a key role in maintaining consistency, stability, and a positive team environment.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to the organization of the team's daily activities
- Help with scheduling scrims, matches, training sessions, and meetings
- Help with managing team communication (Discord, information flow, structure)
- Encourage players to follow common plans and routines
- Help coordinate participation in tournaments and leagues
- Support the Coach in planning and executing training
- Help handle minor conflicts and contribute to a positive team environment
- Act as the link between the team and Executive Management
- Help develop and improve internal routines and structure

- Participate in operational decisions regarding the team's daily activities
- Help with scheduling, including scrims, tournaments, and practice time
- Help participate and make decisions about participation in activities based on structure and stability
- Propose roster changes to the Coach and Executive Management
- Act as a first level of decision-making in organizational matters

- Does not make final decisions on roster changes (done in collaboration with the Coach)
