Coordination Flow

This flow is intended to guide communication and coordination and does not represent a formal employment structure or legal reporting hierarchy.

  • Organization → Team Manager
  • Team Manager → Team Coach
  • Team Coach → Players

Conflict Handling

If challenges or disagreements arise, the following escalation approach is encouraged:

  • Players → Team Coach
  • Team Coach → Team Manager
  • Team Manager → Organization

Where necessary, the organization facilitates discussion and determines an appropriate way forward.

All participants are expected to contribute to a constructive environment. Public conflicts, disruptive behavior, or actions that negatively affect the team environment are not aligned with the organization's values and may be addressed accordingly.
