As a connecting point between players, coaching staff, and the organization, the Team Manager contributes to consistency, stability, and a positive team environment.

  • Support the Coach in planning and structuring training activities
  • Contribute to handling minor conflicts and maintaining a positive environment
  • Act as a communication link between the team and the organization
  • Contribute to developing and improving internal routines and structure
