To Be Relevant for the Role

If you would like to contribute in this context, it might be helpful if you:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be comfortable using Discord in a structured and organized way
  • Have good English communication skills (Swedish is a plus)

Nice to Have

The following experience is not required but will be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience playing in a structured team environment
  • Experience participating in tournaments, leagues, or organized play
  • Good understanding of your role within a team-based game
  • Familiarity with reviewing gameplay and reflecting on performance
  • Experience adapting to changing team needs or stepping into lineups on short notice

As well as:

  • Based in Sweden
  • It is an advantage if you have the opportunity to be active during the week (mainly evenings in Swedish time)
  • Familiar with the Swedish esports scene (League of Legends is a plus)
  • Experience working with Swedish players or gaming communities

This role describes a function within Refactor Esports. The form of participation is determined separately and clearly defined, discussed, and agreed upon in advance.

Participation may take one of the following forms:

  • Voluntary participation

    Involvement is based on personal initiative, without compensation, obligations, or formal performance requirements. This does not constitute employment or any contractual work relationship.

  • Consultant engagement

    In certain cases, the role may be fulfilled through a formal agreement defining responsibilities, scope, and compensation. Such engagements are handled separately and do not constitute employment.

    We are looking for individuals who are motivated to contribute to long-term development, whether on a voluntary basis or within a more structured engagement.

Regardless of the form of participation:

  • the nature of the relationship is clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand,
  • participation does not create any automatic right to compensation,
  • organizational resources are used to support activities, not as general individual compensation
